Vocal Activation

This session invites you to uncover the healing potential of your voice and the profound connection between sound, self-expression, and inner transformation. It’s an opportunity to harmonize your body, mind, and spirit while creating a sanctuary of sound for yourself and others. Every person has unique vocal codes that can be accessed under the influence of Divine Energy. We dive deep into vibrational sound therapy for self care, growth and activation.

Inner Child Healing

We all have our inner child alive in us as adults but most of us are disconnected, so that part of us has to scream, be manipulative or shout to get our attention. In this workshop we will dive into our subconscious to discover deep treasures and the gifts of our inner child, we will get to know all our different parts, listen and heal what needs to be healed so we can feel whole and walk with harmony and love and acceptance to who we really are.

Astral Journey

The saying that "All we see is all there is" is the biggest lie of all! In this workshop we will travel to other realms through our consciousness, to explore, to bring knowledge, healing, information and energy to this moment in time and tolerate a change in our lives.

Shamanic Journey

In this workshop we will connect to the ancient wisdom of the earth, elements, spirit animals, our ancestors and other benevolent beings that are helping us on our path. We will travel deep to get a healing to our subconscious wounds, to get good medicine, knowledge and healing where it's needed.

Cacao Ceremony with Soft Breathwork and Shamanic Healing

In this ceremony we will honor the medicine of cacao, and with her love and protection we will journey deep into the heart to create a heart healing, to let go of past hurts and open ourselves to new adventures in order to play joyfully again in the realm of love and relationships.

Let Yourself Be Seen: Heart-Healing & Magnetism Activation

Join Sophie for a transformational session designed to guide you back home to your heart. We’ll gently dissolve the pain cords and protective walls you've built - the ones that kept you safe once, but now keep you from being fully seen, felt, and loved. We’ll weave in powerful practices like heart-healing visualisation, emotional release, EFT tapping, and soul-led vision activation. "When I first met with Marlia and sat beside her, I felt beautiful energy like sacred goddess illuminated from her and it was so comfortable to be with her. When the session started for one participant in the circle, the space was immediately transformed into different space and time; it was as if I drop into a fairy tail story book which was made only for that person. Why? The inner purest voice of that person spoke out, transcended through the air and transmitted into my body, immediately we were in the forest and the wind started to rise, birds and leaves started to sing….

Great cosmic mother whispered to us and we freely danced and offered comfort, blessings and sang with a joy, the joy for being participated into that beautiful story as one element. The base music was always flow at the bottom of deep river in that story and Marlia’s sound was sometimes beyond my imagination, it was like she sometimes her presence transformed into animals or nature element such as bubble, and that invoked rest of us to be free like that.

Fierce, gentleness, sadness, joy, grief, delight, frustrate, coincidence, all kind of emotions or element of energy are allowed to wove there. The story was evolving with beautiful vibrations, sound, smell, colour, vision, physical sensation, sensation of oneness—and that was made for that beautiful person. We were journeying together with honouring and blessing for that person. The story evolved moment by moment. I was crying most of the time with the joy to experience this enormous grace and felt so honoured that I could be a part of creation.It was completely an experience beyond the mind, but dropping into a soul cosmos where time and space transcended.
